I want to get my friend and her family a present they will all enjoy.

There is her and DP and 4 boys aged 23 months, 3, 6 and 9.

Any ideas?

Jenga?

Definitely some kind of game. Jenga is a great idea or you could get hungry hippos or kerplunk.

I am trying to think of a game the baby would be able to understand and join in with as well.

Does anyone know how Play That Tune and Pig Goes Pop work?

I can't think of any games that a 2yo will enjoy as much as a 9 yo. I have a 3 year age gap (7 and 4 ) and the only two they both like equally are Jenga and Snakes and Ladders.

Maybe something else - could you make them up a food hamper, which you could adapt to suit the differing ages? Or make a Christmas cake? Or a voucher for a family meal out at Pizza Express or something?

I thought of doing a movie night in hamper with DVD, chocolate fountain, marshmallows, haribo, popcorn etc.
