I'm giving a family present of a Las Vegas themed box of goodies - I've got cards, a shuffler, a roulette wheel and poker chips - what else can I put in please?

Call cards - went this year and they are EVERYWHERE - also a bottle of water to remind of those people selling 'water one dollar, water one dollar'!
