Baby doll accessories for slightly older child?

My DD is 7 but she and her friends seem to be having something of a resurgence of interest in playing with babydolls, playing 'mummies' etc.

Her two grandmothers have, between them, bought her this babydoll and this dolls' pram for Christmas.

I'd like to find some baby doll accessories, e.g. feeding / changing things, but everything seems to be geared up for 3 year olds and very pink and flowery (which DD would have loved when she was 3, but I was hoping for something a little less pinkly)

Has anyone seen anything else, or alternatively, can you suggest anything else I could get to go with the doll & pram?

Could you not put together a little basket of real baby items - changing mat, sponges etc (Poundland do loads). Would work with the fact that the doll is so realistic looking.

I think I'm going to have to do something like that - have just spent half an hour searching online for something suitable and there's not anything.

Could get some of those novel little bottles with nursery rhyme characters on and the like, couldn't I?

You could get some travel size baby toiletries, Johnsons and Superdrug do some. DD could use the contents and keep the bottles for play.

Look on market stalls and in pound shops for baby accessories like bottles, washcloths, rattles, etc. Charity shops might have some baby bits, a tiny teddy or bunny, or bedding for the pram. Matalan have flannelette sheets and fleece blankets. You can cut them down and hem them to the right size. Look out for knitted items at craft fairs and Christmas fairs.

You could get a travel size change mat, and a mini change bag, or a nice girls satchel style bag to act as one. I think Boots do premature baby nappies, not sure if they would fit the doll.
