Do you wrap the little presents in your dcs stocking?

In each of their stocking they will have a one pressie along side the other little bits like stickers and coins. My son is getting a nara bug and my daughter a my little pony. These will be wrapped etc..

I wrap because we don't open our tree presents until after lunch (late afternoon). I make sure that I don't use the stocking present wrapping paper for anything else either.

Nope. Mum never did and I don't. But then DS is only going to be just 3 so no issue yet. Might do it when he's older. Although am quite liking the tissue paper option and might consider it...

Yes I wrap them up and use different paper for Santa.

SantasMooningArse · 30/11/2010 14:04

No, really here they are just small poundland things designed to occupy them should they wake at soem ungodly hour; unwrapped is easiest

Wrapped here - again to prolong time in bed. :o

Another wrapper here, slows down the 3 year old and gives the 1 year old something to eat other than chocolate coins. No bows/ribbons/expensive paper though... no where near the effort I put into proper presents!

MackerelOfFact · 30/11/2010 14:20

Wrapped here, apart from the book and soft toy which go at the top (to try and encourage them to settle back down in bed if they wake up early) and things like selection boxes. But all wrapped in a completely slapdash fashion with the cheapest paper I can find. Usually done drunk. I love wrapping and the DCs love unwrapping, so it's win-win really.

I don't know! I can't remember! Am getting old.

What did I do last year? And the year before? One of you must know!

We wrap too. But with 5 of them I usually end up halfway through wishing I hadn't started it!

Yep, wrap them using brown paper and ribbon or cheapo wrapping paper. Choc coins, sweeties and satsuma at bottom unwrapped. Candy cane and soft toy unwrapped at top.
