We don't go all out on big presents for Christmas its more about the family being together but I'm really stuck on what to get my Dad. So far I've brought him some cyber putty(I noticed his mobile and laptop key pads are getting a bit grim). Its not the most inspired gift so I wanted to get a few other bits or at least one other bit. He really likes gadgetry stuff but isn't that hard up so tends to buy things he really fancies for himself. I would normally spend around £20. For his birthday I ended up getting him a bottle of whisky. Anyone seen any new fun gadgets or must have tools that might do?

has he got a mobile phone?

I quite like the look of these keyrings

He does have a mobile - its a fancy one as my BIL has just upgraded I think its an I phone.

Those keyrings look fantastic - I'll think about one of those for DH.

I think that he has all his photos on his IPhone. I wonder if I'd be duplicating. He's just got to much stuff already.

If he's got lots of gadgets a power mat might be just the thing though this one gets mixed reviews... could be worth hunting around for a better one if you like the idea?

Thats fantastic - I'd never even heard of them. Definitely going to investigate further.

Many thanks

I've got my dad a folding shovel for his car from Lakeland. Boring I know but I think he'll like it! (I also got him some whisky fudge, in case you all think I'm really mean!!).

Oh thats fun. After being snowed in for so many weeks last year I can see the point in that. It is a bit gadgety too so meets the need.

I've got my Dad a magazine subscription. He's always been difficult to buy for and I had this inspired idea four Christmases ago. Every year when I get the renewal I ask whether he wants to continue... job done! :)
