Suggestions for 'girly' present for 7 yo?

Can anyone help me out? I need to get a present for my 7 year old niece, who apparently likes 'anything girly'. I have a younger DS so am not up on this at all. What would she like, that would be maybe £20?

This is actually for a birthday, but I figured there will be people in this section who will know their present-buying stuff. Plus I also need to get her something for Christmas!

glitter tattoo set
nail varnish set
any makeup, perfum, hair accessories
party shoes (very glittery ones in John lewis were a hit) you could take your dn out with you for a shopping trip
Hello Kitty things - any things!!
Does she have a wii? Just Dance 2 is high on the list
H&M have loads of bits of Hello Kitty things, pink shimmery leg warmers etc.
Build a bear vouchers are also very popular where she can make her own bear and choose an outfit. Dd can be in there for hours and gtes very carried away!

any of the above, also my daughter very much into Hello Kitty or if like my 7yr old she is also into Disney Princess but has a pair of real evening gloves down on her list this year,

Boots have a great range with stuff under Glitter babes, I got dd the nail polish set or her bday and she loved it to bits.

sequin art dd loves this, you stick sequins onto with pins. takes a long time but looks very sparkly.

My DN doesn't live near me so sadly I don't get to see her much and can't take her out easily for this birthday, at any rate. Maybe another time.

i saw some great girly jewellry type boxes in boots, not sure what was in them, but they had cats on and were really cool.
