Try Delia's Classic Xmas pudding....search it on her website for recipe, it's the one I always do and it's easy!

I am in the middle of making Delia's mincemeat - it's one you bake at a low temperature - usually top of the page when you google "Delia mincemeat"

I have found it! Funnily enough it was with the jars I put the mincemeat in. It just came to me!
