what do you get for nursery at christmas?

DS attends nursery 3 days a week, and the staff are incredible, so I'd love to get them a nice christmas gift. thing is, I don't know them all that well, and I'm not overwhelmed with spare cash. I was thinking a nice box from hotel chocolat or the like, but what does everyone else tend to do?

could you find out where they are going for their staff night out and arrange for a bottle of wine to be on the table with a card from your DS?

This is my plan for DC nursery team - same thing, they have been great this year

At the nursery my DS used to attend the mums did a collection rather than the staff getting loads of chocolate or wine. We then got each member of staff a gift voucher each.
