iloveblue · 16/11/2010 20:22

My 4 year old DS is getting the Expedition ship

OracleInaCoracle · 16/11/2010 20:26

take along pirate island down from £30-£15 in ELC and compact pirate island down from £13-£6.50

icapturethecastle · 16/11/2010 20:27

I have just bought the post office advent calendar after someone mentioning it on here. Don't think I can stop now - something fire engine as DS is mad on fireman but I really want the knights and the Victorian house (just have to wait 3 years for DD to be old enough)!

asdx2 · 16/11/2010 20:35

Dd is having the school, it's her first playmobil request although we have lots that were her brothers' toys.

orienteerer · 16/11/2010 20:37

None, we're drowning in it now DS has transferred to LegoShock

Egg · 16/11/2010 20:43

expedition boat for ds2 who is nearly 3. Ds1 is collecting lego so we are going to encourage ds2 onto playmobil.

Changebagsandgladrags · 16/11/2010 20:55

I hope DS is still into dragons by the time christmas comes as we have got him the Dragon Land advent calendar and santa is getting him the dragon castle

SoMuchToBits · 16/11/2010 20:57

Mostly fire stuff, plus a few other bits (this is from us and my Mum and my sister etc).

Ds knows exactly what he wants though, and made a list.... Smile

onepieceoflollipop · 16/11/2010 20:57

take along farm.

(and I got a free "vet's car" or similar with it)- ToysRus had an offer, spend £30 to get a free gift.

dd2 is just 3 and loves it but doesn't have any playmobil yet (will do on the 25th December though!) :)

Portofino · 16/11/2010 21:03

None! Playmobil is the work of the devil!

SoMuchToBits · 16/11/2010 21:03

Ds had his first set when he was 5. He is now nearly 10 and has loads. We have a whole Playmobil country in our house! But it's the one toy he plays with practically every day.

mogs0 · 16/11/2010 21:51

Ds is having a circus big top - was massively reduced in JL sale. Ds has spotted it already though Sad so have bought a couple of smaller 2nd hand sets off ebay and I'm just trying to figure out how to present them on Christmas day.

He's also having a deep sea diver which I think I got for about £1 ages ago.

DreamTeamGirl · 17/11/2010 00:30

Police Station

gillybean2 · 17/11/2010 03:19

None - bought a couple of expensive items in the past that never got used. Donated them to school in the end Confused

Bucharest · 17/11/2010 08:25

Probably the school. Although she is so into animals maybe the farm.

Probably whichever is cheapest the first week of December! Grin

Horsey advent calendar arrived yesterday.

SoMuchToBits · 17/11/2010 09:37

The Police Station is really god, DreamTeamGirl - even better if you add the extensions to it....

flossie64 · 17/11/2010 09:44

I've bought the animal nursery to go with the vet set DD already has.
Also bought 2 pieces from construction series for my great nephew.
All from heregood prices and only £2 p/p

DreamTeamGirl · 17/11/2010 10:01

Oooh thanks Somuch
I hit enter too early last night then couldnt be bothered to type the rest, but its the big (£50) set he wants, not the take along. My only concerns is if at 5.10 he is gong to outgrow it any time soon?

Which extensions?

SoMuchToBits · 17/11/2010 10:49

My ds will be 10 soon, and still hasn't outgrown it, so I think at nearly 6 your ds will still have a lot of play value out of it. If you look in the Playmobil catalogue or on their own website you can the find the extensions in the accessories or "Direct service" section. You can only order these directly from Playmobil (either by phone or on the internet). We have extensions for ours, and for our lifeboat station Modern Living House and hospital.

LIZS · 17/11/2010 10:50

Think this will be the first Christmas in a long time with none :(

SoMuchToBits · 17/11/2010 10:59

Can't you ask someone to buy some for you LIZS? Wink

LIZS · 17/11/2010 11:06

lol , maybe !

starfishmummy · 17/11/2010 11:13

MIL rang to see if Ds has the recycling lorry because it is "lovely"!!

I said that she has already bought two of them for hIm...

I expect he will get another and she will insist on opening and assembling it for him so we can't change it.

SoMuchToBits · 17/11/2010 12:39

You will have to recycle your recycling lorries on eBay (and buy ds something else with the proceeds!)
