I saw this company recommended on here and purchased some aftershave this afternoon.
My CC has been charged 8 times for the same product! I only found out when I tried to make another internet purchase and it was declined.
I contacted the company via MBNA and was hung up on. Got through again via CC company.
FragranceX say it is my CC companies fault, CC company say it is FragranceX's fault. Upshot, I can't use my CC for a week as it is now over the limit and I have to wait for the purchases to 'drop off'.
I had several important things to buy this week and now can't due to the incompetence of this online company. Not a happy bunny.
