What the feck is DD on about? She wants the hamsters, not the fighty ones (which I presume is those scary Robot Wars ones)and not real ones.
Someone tell me what Father Christmas should be aiming for, please Smile

Thanks Edda, just googled them. Is this something I want to be getting into? It looks like a nightmare of playsets and expensive add-ons. Worth it? What would make a good gift just a hamster or two or do they need the tunnels and bits?

my girls have a hamster each and adore them. they are quite endearing really. they are getting another hamster each, and a hamster ball each for christmas, and will be plenty happy with that. the balls are 2 for £15 in argos.

Well my dd only has the hamster and it works fine on it's own. She isn't really into collecting everything to do with something(IYSWIM) so for her just having the one hamster isn't a problem

Excellent. Have shown DD a picture and she confirms they are the Hamsters. Thanks Smile

I would just get the hamsters , my dc's got the house , ball , slide , skateboard and beds etc last year.
The only things used were the actual hamsters.

termsandconditionsapply · 14/11/2010 18:54

SuePurblybilt · 14/11/2010 18:56

No TKMaxx in deepest Devon sadly but I have clubcard vouchers that are double value for toys. Do the gerbil version not get snagged or do you mean real ones escorchio?
