What to get for my 2yo sister

she is two, she has everything so anything that i can think of she already has.

im normally quite good with little ones presents, as i have a DSD whos only 7Months younger, but this year i aint a clue.

budget of about £15/£20

I bought my 2 year old niece one of those medical carry cases, with the big plastic stethoscope, syringe etc... I thought it would be good because she now has a little brother to use as a patient!
