Pointless tat

ApocalypseCheese · 12/11/2010 16:18

Most things people buy at christmas are pointless tat, at least the one raises a smile. AND it's a travel mug Wink

Tikitikitembo · 12/11/2010 16:29

Did you invent it ?

ElspethDiggory · 12/11/2010 16:32

OP - how many threads are you going to start about this mug? Cease and desist please.

rivi · 12/11/2010 16:33

Tikitikitembo I was about to ask the same thing as you and ElspethD - enough is enough now really Apoc.

rivi · 12/11/2010 16:35

Actually I must thank you as you have gone on about it so much I have come up with enough reasons not to buy one. At first I thought I could buy three now I have had enough and think actually it is really not worth the money, nor the time to wash it, must be easier to wash up a spoon and mug that can be put in the dishwasher. So I must actually thank you.

ApocalypseCheese · 12/11/2010 16:37

God no.

I thought I was being helpful because everyone was grumbling about not knowing what to get for christmas, won't bother again. Sad

OP posts:
Tikitikitembo · 12/11/2010 16:40

It looks like a pain in the arse. I bet it can't go in the dishwasher. You have to take a teabag out with a spoon anyway. Does it go in a microwave ? I would think not waste of time and money will be in the bin two days after xmas.

nickytwotimes · 12/11/2010 16:41

Ach, poor cheese!

I think it's great!

Tikitikitembo · 12/11/2010 16:42

oh don't be sad Apoc I am the grumpiest person in the world about tat. I expect most people would love one.

ApocalypseCheese · 12/11/2010 16:42

It's a travel mug

OP posts:
Tikitikitembo · 12/11/2010 16:43

Is it, what does that mean ?

ApocalypseCheese · 12/11/2010 16:46

No, no, no, no, no, no. Insult away !!

Had to laugh at the suggestion that I was an inventor tho Grin It's no secret on here i've been a carer for the last 10yrs, ave never worked.

And there is a spoonless method.

But for that show of narkiness I will not be sharing my knowledge about the barbie with flashing dress Wink

OP posts:
ApocalypseCheese · 12/11/2010 16:46

It means it's insulated with a lid, like a mug sized flask.

OP posts:
ApocalypseCheese · 12/11/2010 16:48

And it washes itself with its VORTEX action

But that's nuff said on the matter.

OP posts:
YunoYurbubson · 12/11/2010 16:49

I MUST KNOW ABOUT THE BARBIE WITH THE FLASHING DRESS.

nickytwotimes · 12/11/2010 16:50

OP posts:
Tikitikitembo · 12/11/2010 16:57

I didn't mean to insult you, only the mug Grin twas all tongue in cheek. I am sure your Barbie dress is stunning as well. Grin

ApocalypseCheese · 12/11/2010 16:58

But I will say this, do NOT buy the new barbie with the flashing dress.

OP posts:
Tikitikitembo · 12/11/2010 17:00

ApocalypseCheese · 12/11/2010 17:04
