Hi

My mother wants to get Dcs an advent calender each but DD (2.9) is severely intolerant to dairy, soya & oats so chocolate is out Sad

I have been thinking about a playmobil advent calender for DS (5) anyway but wondering if DD is too young??

And if they do different ones, would not want to get them the same iyswim

Also are they worth the money!!

TIA

I like this one You can get it from ebay shops.

My 4 year old is very into playmobil all of a sudden so I'm planning to get her this playmobil nativity set to come out on Dec 1st.

DD got the pony/stable advent calendar last year but we messed up and didn't realise we had to build it first (it came pre-wrapped).

That meant there was no suprise because she helped put the individual pieces into their correct holes.

Was very good though.

I am wondering if its worth going into The Entertainer in Jan to see if there is any on sale for next Xmas iyswim....

I don't know - if I need to buy more than one item (like at Christmas) it's nearly always cheaper to buy by mail order, especially if you can get free delivery.

My DC had a chocolate one each (from SIL) and shared a playmobil one last year. Sharing worked remarkably well - they took it in turns to open a box each day. Reuse would never work in our chaotic household, though Blush

This year I couldn't resist getting them one each to match their respective obsessions enthusiasms.

Yes thats true...

Effectively I have wasted a ten pound voucher Sad Angry

But at least it did not cost me more £££ iyswim...

Well if you had the voucher, you had to spend it there anyway. I wouldn't worry - at least you have the Playmo advent calendars which is the important thing! Grin

And if I had 2 dcs, I expect I would buy them one each....

Actually, I quite fancy one for me.....Blush
