'santa claus' by rod green is absolutely a must for christmas. Amazon do it. My dc love it. It goes into each area of the north pole, the workshop, the sleigh etc and explains how everything works. Its all very plausable even ds who was 9 last year fully accepted all the theories! Really magical, I'm looking forward to taking it out again this year

The Jolly Christmas Postman by Janet and Allan Ahlberg. It's a lovely story with an interactive component. My 2 DC's under 5 love it. Available from Amazon.

The Night Before Christmas by Clement C. Moore

If you can get a kiddy version, ours has felt pictures throughout and is much loved.

A MUST have

Maybe Christmas he thought doesn't come from a store
Maybe Christmas, perhaps, means a little bit more
