can you reccomend any good xmas carol cds?

I really would like to get a good christmas cd of traditional songs to play on the lead up to xmas and on the day to get me in the mood. In the past i got one but it was a crappy cover cd done on a keyboard with a woman who sounded like a drowned cat-thanks ELC!

can anyone reccommend a good one?

I've got one called A Classic Christmas...I'll just go and google and see what it is exactly.....It's got a bit of this and a bit of that (and unfortunately a fair bit of Katharine fingers-on-a-blackboard Jenkins, but I skip her)

I quite fancy Il Divo's Christmas myself.

Not quite what you're thinking of (although it does have some carols on it) but one of my favourite Christmas things is my 3 CD 'Christmas Crooners' boxed set . Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby et al doing all the White Christmas etc.

For trad carols I like to listen to the Carols from Kings on Christmas Eve - really am turning into my mother...
