What to buy a nearly 3 year old for christmas who has an older brother....

so they already have alot between them just wanting new idea's. He had a wodden train set last year.

I am in the same position so will watch with interest! Ds1 is going to be 6 just before Xmas and ds2 will be 2.5. Ds2 has completely bypassed all the lovely toddler toys that ds1 played with- he just wants to play with his big brothers things! No megablocks, just wants to play with little Lego. No fisher price little people, just wants to play with the playmobil.

This year they have quite a few joint presents- a rope swing, a go kart, some playmobil remote control trains- and will then get them some individual bits for their stockings. How old are yours?

am in a similar position.
DS1 is 12 and DS2 is 3 DS2 plays with DS1's toys.
he loves lego but not mega bloks

Sorry my typing is not very good at this time of night. Red mine are 6 and 2.10mths as well.Ds will be 2 end of Jnauary which makes it even harder! We completely spoilt ds1 so ds2 has had alot of his toys handed down and so we strugle to find new ideas at birthdays and christmas. Thankfully ds2 is a train geek whereas ds1 was not so ive brought extra additions for his train set. Also thinking of buying some more duplo to add to his collection, more dinosaurs to add to the hundreds we've already got!!I need new ideas or good recommendations fed up with buying things that are not played with!

I mean '3' end of january time to go to bed methinks lol

TRS - just get him some playmobil on a different theme to the ones his brother has (and remove the tiny bits for now if you think it's necessary as he's still quite little).
