AIBU to spend 9 quid on this Christmas decoration?

It is personalised and will have a T on the front and a J on the back which are my DS' initials.

I really like it but it's unlike me to spend that much on something like this. A fiver would be too much usually!

Salt dough, paint, glitter, ribbon - get the kids to help make it!

How do you stick the ribbon on? Normal glue?

Oh I just looked at the link (on phone so very slow) and realised you would make a hole for the ribbon

make it out of thick coloured card. i would be nicer tbh

You can buy the unpainted bauble shapes for about £2.50 for 10, and the letters are prob similar price then you would just need pain glue and ribbon.
You could do your DS's name with adifferen letter on each bauble for about the same price as that one costs.

err paint hopefully no pain will be involved
