Baby doll recommendations for a 3 year old

I'm thinking of getting DD a doll for Christmas. She wants a 'baby' with no hair, preferably with a dummy (!)

Any recommendations? Is it worth paying more to get an 'interactive' one that cries etc. a la baby Annabell? Or will a bog standard one be played with just as much?

Corolle baby dolls are lovely.

Sorry I pressed send too soon! But I meant to say that we got DD an interactive Corolle doll that talks French, Spanish and German as well as English for her 3rd birthday and she has loved it so much. I got that one as the Baby Annabel who moves her head scared me too much! But tbh if your dd just wants a baby, I'm sureone that doesn't 'do' anything will be just as good - my DD still plays with her baby dolls at 5 1/2 and doesn't often turn the one that talks on!

Baby stella is lovely- its soft not plastic, and they do a bioy now too

Baby Born or Baby Annabelle are always played with. Just the basic ones though. Plenty of accessories too....

Definitely Baby Annabelle. My DD got her when she was 1. DD is now 4 and still loves Annabelle. In fact, we have dropped the 'baby' part of her name and the whole family refer to Annabelle as though she is a real person!

Only just got back to this thread - thanks everyone who replied.

I've looked at the corolle dolls, they ARE lovely. The talking one is very expensive though! The more basic ones are cheaper. Mmmmm...are they worth it? Can anyone recommend which one of the cheaper ones is best for a 3 year old?

I looked at baby stella too, she's very cute but I'm not sure DD would like her.

Still considering Baby Annabell. I find her v creepy, but DD will probably like her!

My dd loves her baby stella. She has nappies with a changing bag and a magnetic dummy and bottle. We have the Baby Stella cot too.

I like a baby that is not MASSIVE for them, or inevitably you to carry around.
