Lapland UK anyone been? What did you think?

Should I take my children ages 2, 3, and 5?

Not been but heard bad reviews. The one in the New Forest was even on the news it was so bad.

I'm sure Dot (their PR rep) will be on soon to say how wonderful it is

I know the one in the New Forest was very bad but I have only heard good things (from their PR Dept) about the one in Kent. I would like some other opinions.

darcymum, the past two years there have been threads about Lapland UK. Why don't you have a search and see the reviews from recent years. The impression I got was that it was a bit of a rip off but have a look yourself and see what you think.
It will be interesting to read this years reviews on it.
