Xmas At Harrods - anyone managed to book tickets through the website?

I've been trying for the last hour, but keep getting errors.

Hi, I managed to get through the 'Choose you date' screen but it just keeps trying to load. I am sticking with it until I get in!

Ihave been trying all morning but not got any further than iloverainbows. Will keep trying.

not working ive been trying since 8.57 when they went live and nothing ,got through to choose your time and then it just kept saying loading and then froze.
I will keep trying! lol!

Arghhh! Back to the start! :(

the screen just changed from Nov to Dec for me...keep trying

I got that far again then it sent me back to the start. Last year the site crashed for a week. I really want tickets but can only go on a weekend so will keep trying...

Mines just changed to December - hooray - but now it is 'loading' again!

I've got through to December and it says 'loading' but then it doesn't do anything.

Anyone been successful?

I got through to confirm and pay and it told me something was wrong and kicked me right back to the beginning, that was at about 8.50 this morning and nothing since. :(

is it any good am wondering about taking dc? and how much is it

I got as far as xbox Entered my payment details but there was nothing to click.

Managed to register, log-in and book tickets. No availability for anywhere near Chrismas though - got the beginning of December.
Haven't been to Harrods Grotto for a couple of years but thought it was worth it back then - ah well we are going now anyway.

I last went to Harrods Grotto in 07 and was very disappointed.
since then i've been to the Selfridges one which was much better.

if you're interested you can log your email address on their website and they'll email you when tix are going on sale in Oct (though you do pay a minimum amount for tix).
