Has anyone got a simple role description for a volunteer director of music?
The Dashboard our Diocese uses is demanding one and I can only find those linked to paid work which involve a lot more details than we need.
Our DoM runs choir practices, conducts the anthem after communion and puts on annual ‘come and sing’ events. I am not sure what it is looking for as we already have a risk assessment for the role (due to choir being mixed adults and young people).
