Thank you St Anthony!

I lost an AirPod yesterday. Hunted high and low throughout the day and couldn’t find it anywhere. I was getting ready to leave for the gym in the evening and I always need to be tuned into music while there, so in desperation I prayed to St Anthony. I’m not Catholic but I remembered a scene in Derry Girls where the mum prays to him to find her purse ha! So I thought what harm could it do?

Anyway, something told me to pull out the sofa cushions and there it was! Bearing in mind I’d done this 3 times throughout the day and it was nowhere to be found. Now I don’t think for a minute he magically put it there but perhaps it was him telling me to look again more closely (it was sort of wedged under the arm so not immediately visible even when the cushion was pulled out).

Has St Anthony helped anyone else to find something they’d lost?

No not St Anthony, but a family member is brilliant at locating stuff. They are like a forensic sniffer dog. If I was to pray for help it would be through Jesus.

Not asked St Anthony but I'm always asking God to help me find stuff because I'm a bit of a nightmare at losing things 😂 my best answer was when I lost my engagement ring and the decorator found it in a roll of carpet!

Yes - I have had two amazing results with St Anthony - the first was finding an Ipod my son had pushed so far down the back of the sofa that it was unfindable until seeking his help. Also found a tiny tiny little bit of a Japanese Manga toy - again found within minutes of the prayer after several hours of fruitless searching. My son is not a believer but it certainly got him thinking that day. It really was incredible !
