I make a real effort to be more prayerful and more grateful in this season of preparation. Anyone want to add their requests for collective prayer?

Today, I'm praying for a dear friend who has very recently lost her husband too young.

Happy Advent indeed. My favourite time of the year. I have had a pretty bonkers November and I am so looking forward to slowing down during Advent, having all my DC home, and spending time walking, reading, praying and enjoying God’s creation. I really hope the weather improves because the last few weeks have been pretty miserable and I find walking in creation one of the best ways to be attuned to God’s presence and to respond with thankfulness to the truth of the incarnation.

Today, on Hope Sunday, I am praying with anticipation that all my DC would cling to the sure and certain hope of Jesus and would remain steadfast in their faith and their walks with Him.

I hope this time of Advent is blessed for you too. My prayer list is a long one. God knows 🙏 🙂one hopeful prayer is that this season of peace and goodwill would enter men’s hearts and all warring and fighting would stop.
