Take a look at my pictures.

She has no other symptoms and is perfectly happy. This rash passed the glass test.

Hiya,

I wouldnt have said heat rash, tends to be more spotty (on my two anyhow), the arm crease one looks a wee bit like the start of excema. However, my dd (13 months) is really rashy on her legs tonight, looks like the heat has made her excema really flare up. Just keep eye on it but if she ok in herself, no temp etc then dont worry too much but if the rash changes id get her seen. LOVE her little rolls by the way, how old is she?

Supergreen -DS2 7 months had this in exactly the same places. The doc said it was a form of eczema caused / exacerbated by the heat. We used epiderm but it started to get a bit worse, we were prescribed hydrocortisone cream and it disappeared. I didn't think it was eczema at first because it was so spotty and started to spread all over him.

I thought heat rash was a bumpy spotty rash like this www.google.co.uk/images?q=heat%20rash&rlz=1I7ACPW_enGB325&oe=UTF-8&redir_esc=&um=1&ie=UTF-8&source=o g&sa=N&hl=en&tab=wi
Your LO looks more like excema flare up. Could also be viral if hes been hot, unwell recently?

Sorry she.

Hi guys. Thanks for that. She is 7 months.
I had to call the doctor last night as her legs got so bad it looked like sun burn and was hot to the touch. He said it was urticaria and not heat rash which is an alergic reaction to the heat. With it being so bad last night I was amazed that it was totally gone this morning. She has had a couple of small hives flare up today but nothing as bad as those pictures. Can you believe that it just goes so quickly.
