4 month old losing hair - normal?

So I know babies can lose their hair sometimes, but I'd kind of been expecting it to happen before now... There's been a fine covering of hair on his sheets each morning for the last couple of days, and compared to his newborn photos he's noticeably thinner on top. Is it normal at this stage or do I need to be worried about anything?

Very normal. My DS has a glorious head of long dark hair at birth. It all fell out and turned a pale blonde! Don't ask me why tho!
