Baby ulcers on Tongue - teething?

I was just giving my 12mo DD a Nelsons Teetha and noticed she has a couple of little ulcers on her Tongue. She is teething very badly at the moment, huge amounts of drool, spotty bottom, not eating as much, and as of today she has about 6 spots on her cheeks & around her mouth which is unusual for her. She also has a bit of a cold.

Could the ulcers be teething related?
She's not had them before.

Any spots/blisters on hands or feet? on toes/finger? hand, foot and mouth possibly?

No nothing on hands or feet but I'll keep a look out. Hadn't even considered that!
