Small spot type things around DD's nose and mouth

DD is 9.2 and has developed small spot like things (no pus) in what she describes as a teddy bear like pattern. They are around 1mm big, reddish and slightly raised. We can't get to the doctor until Tuesday and she's had them since Wednesday. They don't itch unless she scrathes them and don't hurt. any ideas what we can either use to reduce them or what they could be. She is innoculated against chicken pox and they aren't anywhere else on her body.

could be impetigo. You'll need to be careful touching it if it is, because it's very contagious. My DS had this and it just looked like he had acne at 1 year old.

Pharmacist a couple of days told me it was due to air pollution in Belgium. It hadn't cleared up this morning so I took her to our GP who diagnosed exzema caused by sweating too much. No treatment just keep her face clean. She is a soap dodger and the car temeperature was 40 degrees celcius last Tuesday. Glad it wasn't impetigo.
