Sweating at night

My DS(11) sweats profusely at night, even in the winter and even more so at the moment. Is this normal? DS2 & DD don't and neither do I or DH.

He only has a thin duvet and I leave the windows open, but it doesn't help much.

Does anyone have any advice or has similar experience?

Hi GTR - my 7.6 DS does this too - so pleased he's not the only one! When I check on him late at night, he's often soaking - and yet he seems absolutely none the worse for it, nor does he seem to sweat more than any other kid. So I reckon it's OK - hopefully!
