Nasty redness behind DD's ears

My daughter is 18 weeks old and we have noticed that she has a fold behind her ear that has turned very red and a bit gloopy. We have washed it out and put antiseptic on it. Just a bit concerned - has anyone had experience of this? Thanks!

Its common- babies' skin needs to be completely dry.
Wash and dry it, then put a smear of sudocreme on to dry it out- should be fine v soon.

it's where the milk naturally collects when it dribbles out their mouth.
Wash each day with a sponge to get rid of any build up of milk and apply a cream to help it help up.
