Random rash - heat, hay fever, should I get it checked?

Yeah yeah, I shouldn't ask the internet for advice, but I am, so there.

Strawberry (8 months) is spotty. All over her arms and legs, feet (and ear tips randomly).

Worse when we go outside.

Not itchy. Raised.

NOT on any part of her that is covered by dress or nappy.

Heat rash? (although that seems weird as it is the uncovered cooler areas). Or maybe a pollen reaction?

Should I give her something like piriton if it isn't actually bothering her?

Should I bother seeing a Dr when it isn't bothering her? (Seems a waste of their and my time).

Has had it since Weds.
