I've forgotten what 10 mo DD's last cold was like. We're currently struggling with a terrible sleep/ nap phase and now she has a streaming cold. I can't imagine where all this snot is coming from. How on earth can I help her be comfortable enough tonight for any of us to get any sleep?? It started at about 4am this morning and there's been no sleep since then, even with sling/ pushchair walk/ car journeys. She's wired and wild right now. This is after several weeks of appalling sleep, so I'm pretty knackered! Thanks for any tips...

Calpol or brufen to ease her (no doubt) irritated nose. Streaming part usually stops after 24 hours, unless its hay fever.
