I'm just wondering what could be wrong with my 6 year old. She woke up last night and with no warning was sick all over her bed. Really awful sick too (sorry for tmi). But afterwards she went back to (my ) bed and slept happily, is right as rain this morning apart from a slight temperature. How do I know if it's a bug, or maybe something she ate? If it was food poisoning would it have occured sooner than midnight? I feel a bit on edge as I don't know wether to expect another episode of it, my washing machine and tumble dryer are getting a hammering this morning as it is!

My 8 yr old DS has done this on a couple of occaisions but usually complains of a head ache too. I think it may be migraine and am going to take him to the docs about it. Has also done it during the day then been right as rain after throwing up and a bit of a sleep.
