Hi, I have an appointment with the doctor later today but I would like some advice in the meantime!

Basically my little 1yr old girl has been throwing up after eating (about an hour) almost consistantly for the last couple of days. It started with every second or third meal but now it is more consistent.

Should I cut out milk and dairy to help out? I've heard its best to revert to bland food such as toast and bananas in order to help her keep at least a little bit down.

Thanks in advance!

hi,

yes, cut out milk and dairy as their tummies can become quite irritated and milk makes it worse.

Make sure you give her plenty of fluids in the meantime.
