Ds age 3 smells fishy

My ds age 3 often smells like fish down below.

I dont think he has an infection, no pain when weeing etc.

not sure if i should take him to the gp or not.

Well, I would say it isn't normal to smell of fish anywhere on your body. If you had a fishy smell from your fanjo you would go to the doctor wouldn't you? No different for him, take him, get it sorted.
