Chicken pox with no spots???

Is it possible to have CP with no spots?? The childminder's son has CP and DS (2 yo next month) has been a little off IYKWIM... nothing too bad, just wanting to have his dummy more and asking for milk in the day time.

He had a couple of spots on his belly/back and we thought that he had it, but they disappeared... this has now happened twice!

I never had CP despite being exposed more than 8 times in childhood, so we wondered if maybe he has inherited my immunity (if I have it) or if he has CP but no spots?
