DD has Mucus in poo

Have also posted in general health...

DD (18mo) has always been really constipated up until about a month ago when I overhauled her diet and cut down on bread and dairy a bit- problem seemed to be solved.

However, for the past week she has gone from 1 poo a day to 2 or three, and there is mucus in her poo- not a great amount until the last nappy where there was quite a lot.

She doesn't seem to be in pain and has showed no signs of being in discomfort- should I worry?

Any advice appreciated

Thanks for answering, pixie... I had a little look, but all the threads were about children who were in pain or had other symptoms- just wondered if this on its own was cause for concern really...

Does she have a cold? Both my DD's had mucous in their poos when they had colds.

No cold, but was a bit sneezy last week- do you think it could be that?
