My 18 month old daughter has started throwing up. She has been fine all day but did not eat that much dinner and she normally motors through her food. Then from 8pm she has been throwing up she cant even keep water down.

She has 2 molars coming though and is sore in her face and looks puffy. They have been coming though for about a week but this is the first sign of sick . She is well besides that and until she got a bit dehydrated after the 6th time she threw up she was in good spirits and toddling and trying to play. Its only now that she is exhausted and subdued. She can only keep water down for about 30 mins at a time. Then major burps and sick again which is all yellow water now. Could it be teething molars? There are no other symptoms. But I am worried non the less.

Its likely to be a bug she's picked up. I think they are more vunerable to picking up infections and viruses when they are teething. Would be worth a trip to the docs I think.
