Think DS (12mo) swallowed a phone button

I am missing a number button off my mobile phone. I noticed it yesterday afternoon but dismissed it as I am always dropping the thing and it is quite old.
However last night I started panicking that DS (12mo) might have pulled it off as he plays with it sometimes or that he found the key and swallowed it.
He seems absolutely fine but should I worry? He is at nursery now. He has eaten at least three times since I noticed and slept perfectly well last night.

I think you have answered your own question tbh!

1. It happened yesterday
2. He is eating and drinking ok
3. He seems absolutely fine!

I would probably warn the nursery though in case they wonder what the hell is in his nappy!
