Should babies heads change shape?

DD is nearly 4 month over the last couple of weeks the top of her skull that runs across the front of her head, from left to right, through the fontanelle looks more pronounced than it ever has. Over the last week the skull line that runs back to front looks raised. Is this anything to be concerned over? I know babies skulls are soft and still forming but is it normal for the skull lines to look raised when they havent previously?

Could it be that she is a little dehydrated, with the warmer weather? Are you breastfeeding or bottlefeeding?

Bottle feeding. The fontanelle seems fine and is not sunken it is just the lines of the skull that look more pronounced. She is having her ususal amount of milk and has been having water so dont think she is dehydrated

take her to gp if you are concerned. But yes a babies head can change shape until the fontanelles have fully joined
