Blue lips

My nearly 3yo dd's lips were blue for a short time today - maybe an hour?

She looked like she had been eating a blue ice lolly!

This has only happened whenshe's been v cold, like in an outdoor pool as a baby. Her pulse was regular.

I am worried that something could be wrong with her heart or circulatory system.

Is this worth seeing her gp?

blue lips is a sign of oxygen shortage. did she go quiet? what was she doing at the time?
It is absolutely worth going to the gp? It can be indicative of circulatory problems
