Hi Everyone

DD has never really drank milk, I stopped bfing at 5.5mth and she always struggled with ff...I moved to cows milk at 1 but she has never drank any milk. I make custard, rice pudd etc and give lots of yogurt but recently she hasnt been eating her cereal in the mornings so shes getting even less now..should I get her a calcium supplement?? she eats a lot of cheese too..

My ds is the same, really doesn't like milk or cheese, he does eat yogurt and cereal though. Just recently I've started giving him nesquick (spelling?) mixed with milk which he really seems to like, especially the strawberry flavour. I know it's not good for them but decided it was better than not getting enough calcium. Might be worth a try if you don't mind the fact it isn't perhaps the healthiest option? The other thing he drinks if I have a bit more time on my hands is homemade banana milkshake, just blend milk, banana and a bit of honey together.
