Don't know if this is the right place to post but...

My 13mo DD just had her MMR. Heard so many horror stories of bad reactions to it- what is your experience of fever etc after the MMR?

neither of my lo's had a specific reaction to the jab e.g. rash, swollen glands, etc. I dont know if it was a coincidence or not but their immune system didnt seem to be as robust for a few months afterwards and they got a lot of bugs, etc.

DS (3 1/2 years) got his booster injection of MMR yesterday and am hoping for no bad reactions this time too.

No effect on eithe rof them whatsoever.

One of them is on the autistic spectrum, but the signs were there beforehand. Both healthy children.

hmm, ds1 had it, he had a terrible reaction. It was so distressing that none of my other 5 children have had the mmr. I would never take the risk.

No problems apart from a mild rash about 10 days later.

DD had it around 18m, she didn't notice the jab itself and had no reaction whatsoever.
