2 weeks ago on Sat I noticed that my 4 year old DS had a rash on the bottom half of his legs, front only, and around his elbows. Not itchy but lots of little red spots, very evenly spaced - the spots looked like chickenpox, but not the positioning of them!
Then the next day he had a fever, was lethargic and generally unwell. Spots still there, not itchy.
On Monday he seemed fine.
He was fine all week, then was sick on the Saturday morning. Just a few times, not too bad, had a bit of tummy ache.
Fine on Sunday.
Spots have scabbed over now. Still saying he has tummy ache now and again but generally seems OK.
Any suggestions what this was/is?
