I took ds to the doctor and he has this on his body. She said there is no treatment and it will go away on its own. However have found something on the net which sounds amazing though wanted to get some advice before I spend any money.

Has anybody got any advice?

DS had it for ages, I was told the same, no treatment, it will go. It took months (about 18) but it did go.

DS got it and we used Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream and got rid of it in a matter of weeks and with it went his excema!

pop a couple if you lke
it helped with dd2 but not with dd3
the idea behind itis that it helps the body to recognise that they shouldnb]t be there (thats why they stay so long, because the body doesn't realise to fight it)

BUT it will hurt your dc like hell

they have a hard big white middle that you have to squeeze out of the tiny hole in the bump and then it bleeds

This here has good reviews but am sceptical about buying anything for ds over the internet.

Might pop into health food shop to see what they think.

I have some elizabeth arden eight hour cream. Will give it a try.

I was taken in by the silver stuff - think I still have it somewhere - I could always post it onto you if I can find it for posatge as we really didn't need it.

Poor poor ds1 has them just now on his eyelid.

There is really nothing that makes them go away, it's the same as verrucas, the body has to fight the virus and create antibodies only then will they go.

Dd's were horrendous and took 18 months to clear. They did go more quickly after she had scratched them, but some were HUGE and we were worried they had become infected.

madamcastafiore, yes great if you can find it.

Don't mention veruccas! Watched Charlotte's story last week and it was very sad what she went through.
