whats this rash

my dd has got about 8 spots on her arms and legs they are about 1/2 cm wide, red and rised int eh middle. she aslo has a cluster of small red spots on her neck.
has any one got any ideas or can direct me to a decent site with pictures. waiting for doctor appoiintment
