I would get it checked, better to be safe than sorry, not to worry you but a when my work colleague was a toddler she fell off the bed, her leg swelled a little bit she seemed ok, so her mum left it it wasn't until a few days later she couldn't put her foot down and they took her to a&e it was broken.

So that is why i would get it checked, if its nothing if nothing, but if it is serious then you can get it sorted

LoveMyGirls · 12/04/2010 18:17

no harm in taking her if you can

ShowOfHands · 12/04/2010 18:18

Have you a local walk in place? Ours is open until 10pm. Could try there first? They'll refer you across if necessary and that would be faster than sitting waiting anyway.

Id take her as it is so red and also swollen.

ditavionteased · 12/04/2010 18:22

Sh'es probably sprained it but best to go and get it checked

ditavionteased · 12/04/2010 18:47

going to see how it gores over night as she seems fine in herself and it doesn't seem to be hurting much now, is still swollen so going to keep a very close eye on it.

Try to keep it elevated if you haven't already.
