Immunisations & Cough

My 11 week old DS is due for his second lot of vaccinations tomorrow, but for last couple of days he has had a dry cough, will he still be ok to have them & should I get him checked by the doctor?

as long as he doesnt have a temperature then they will probably say it is ok for him to have the jabs
