Scary trip to A+E

The baby wouldn't stop coughing so I looked up coughs on the nhs website. It said ring NHS direct, so I did.
All the time the baby is coughing like she can't catch her breath, and when the nurse heard her, she said I needed to get her to the GP immediately. When i said I was too far away, she said to take her to A+E.
In A+E, they monitored her on something, then loads of doctors ran in and shoved wires all over her, oxygen mask on her, took blood, all the time she was crying, then they found a rash that they all had a look at, I was basically shit scared by this point. Then they realised the oxygen monitor was broken and she was fine, she just has a virus.
She is napping now, I am consoling myself with a pie.
God bless the NHS, but that was scary!

Apparently the machine said she had 40% oxygen at one point, my mum was with me who is a nurse. Good job she didn't tell me that, I was trying to work out what the machine was saying, i would have hit the roof!
