DD being sick on and off for 2 months

DD (3yrs) has been being sick on a sporadic basis since start of February, together with loose stools. She doesn't have a stomach ache but isn't herself and has lost her appetite. She is generally sick at night. She is also saying she wants to go to the loo and then nothing happening.

I did take her to GP in February. He said she'd had a series of infections but nothing could be done about it.

Can anyone advise on how/whether I can help her?

It's been more than a month since you saw the GP and she's no better?
I'd go back to the GP. Or maybe have one of those phonecall appointments.

Actually, as soon as I typed it I rang the GP surgery for a phone conversation. The receptionist said that we should come in. DD is actually away with DH until tomorrow afternoon and they have no appointments until next week but I may just turn up!
